Located in the serene coastal area of Canggu, Taman Sagara Residence represents a refined approach to contemporary tropical living. Designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings, the project combines open-plan architecture, soft material palettes, and passive ventilation to create a balanced connection between indoor comfort and outdoor tranquility.
The pavilion’s linear layout follows the natural contours of the site, allowing each space to frame views of tropical greenery and flowing water features. Locally sourced stone and reclaimed timber give the structure a sense of rooted authenticity, while the lightweight roof design filters sunlight to produce a tranquil play of shadows throughout the day.
The building features an integrated green façade, shaded terraces, and flexible working zones that encourage collaboration while maintaining privacy. Thoughtful daylight planning and acoustic control enhance comfort, while the use of concrete, glass, and warm wood tones creates a timeless yet contemporary aesthetic.
